Take Back Time is a television commercial I directed for Orel Corporation, a leading tech based e-commerce company. The screenplay was written by me, with the creative direction centered on one powerful idea: speed.
The film takes inspiration from In Time and carries a futuristic visual language that mirrors the brand’s technology driven nature. A male character was cast as the hero to connect with the brand’s primary audience, premium women buyers, embodying trust, strength and confidence.
From the pacing of the narrative to the futuristic aesthetic, every element was designed to highlight Orel’s promise of a seamless process that saves valuable time. The final commercial elevates Orel beyond e-commerce, positioning it as a premium lifestyle solution where time itself is the true luxury.
